Admission desk and Enquiry desk of the hospital are open 24 hours for service of the patients. In case of any problem, one can contact customer care desk or talk to the management for help. Emergency contact No. is 01716-306631. The hospital have about 50 cabins, AC & Non AC with modern facilities. The general wards have AC facility and 24 hours monitoring and nursing service for the admitted patients.
